At Fierro, our shop and manufacturing facility reside within the same building so you truly cannot get fresher product than this.  Our staff will be happy to talk to you about the local history and artwork while you take your pick of cheeses!!

We joined with Hy-Point Dairy in 2007 - one of only 2 small dairies left in the state.
